A Ford Tech is owned and operated by Craig Capraro. Craig has 19 years of Ford, Lincoln-Mercury dealership service experience. Craig has completed well over 500 hours of manufacturer training and is a certified Ford Motor Company Senior Master Technician. This is the highest level of Ford certification available and requires continuous training to maintain. Craig is an ASE certified Master Technician and also has ASE Advanced Driveability certification, for a total of 9 ASE certificates. Craig also has an Associates Degree in engineering.
